Our team focuses on out-of-court workouts and Chapter 11, 7, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Our primary practice emphasis is on the representation of banks and other major secured and unsecured creditors and equity holders. We also serve as counsel to purchasers of assets from entities in reorganization or liquidation, to debtors-in-possession, and to bankruptcy trustees in Chapter 11 reorganization and Chapter 7 liquidation proceedings.
