CLIENT UPDATE: Connell Foley COVID-19 Response

Dear clients and friends,

Individually and collectively we are each challenged by all that is taking place. Whether it be in the workplace, at home or in our travels -- little these days is resorting to the norm. With that in mind, we wanted to send you this brief update regarding Connell Foley's business operations, as well as the precautions we are taking to ensure the health of our employees and clients, and their respective families, while continuing to provide uninterrupted service and availability to our clients and colleagues.

All Connell Foley offices are presently open and operational. Commencing, March 16, 2020, we implemented alternating staffing arrangements in an effort to prevent any disruption in our services, while reducing the population density in each of our offices. These steps will permit the firm to minimize person-to-person contact and follow all federal, state and local guidelines regarding social distancing. Our state-of-the-art technology platform allows those working remotely to be available to clients and business contacts in as timely and secure a manner as if they were in the office. We expect to follow this plan for the next several weeks, obviously with a vigilant eye on the daily news so we may assess and adjust our plans accordingly.

In addition to the logistical measures outlined above, we have been closely monitoring and adhering to all state and federal health guidelines pertaining to the work environment, including those established by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and are communicating that information directly to all Connell Foley personnel.

As we move forward together in these unprecedented times, we want to assure you that Connell Foley is, and will remain, available to you. Again, our utmost priority is to keep everyone safe as we maintain our customary level of service. We will continue to update you on any relevant issues as they unfold. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or any of your direct contacts here at the firm if we can address any of your questions or concerns.

Please know our thoughts are with all who are affected by the coronavirus outbreak, and we send you and your families our very best wishes for your continued good health.

Sincerely,

Philip F. McGovern Jr., Managing Partner
