Carrillo-Perez, McKoy, and Webster Named "ROI Influencers: People of Color 2025"

Connell Foley LLP proudly announces that partners Jennifer Carrillo-Perez, Vaughn L. McKoy and Elnardo Webster have once again been named to the prestigious “ROI Influencers: People of Color 2025" list. This marks the third consecutive year that all three Newark-based partners have been honored for their leadership and impact in New Jersey.

ROI-NJ describes the honorees as “remarkable contributors shaping New Jersey’s business landscape across a diverse array of sectors,” including entrepreneurs, CEOs, thought leaders and community advocates. These leaders, with a wide range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds, exemplify the drive that bolsters New Jersey's growth and success.

Jennifer is a sought-after advisor on key development projects and legislative issues. Her work includes complex redevelopment matters, as well as affordable housing development. She devotes her time to projects that positively impact New Jersey's cities. She has been selected for membership in the Emerging Leaders Council of the Rutgers Center for Real Estate.

Vaughn is a well-known figure in New Jersey and New York. He is a leader who has worked with corporations, communities, and people. Vaughn serves as outside counsel to corporations and as a board member for regional organizations. As the COO of the City of Paterson, N.J., Vaughn was appointed by the mayor to help lead the city’s transformation and new policy implementation. 

Elnardo focuses his practice on real estate and regulatory matters, and government affairs. He has been active in Democratic politics, most notably serving as Treasurer and Finance Chairman to Senator Cory Booker’s mayoral campaigns, and has served on numerous boards, including the board of Saint Peters University.
