Partners
Samantha M. Diorio practices in commercial litigation, representing individuals, businesses, shareholders, and other interested parties in complex state and federal court matters. She has experience counseling clients through all phases of the litigation process. Diorio’s work encompasses various disputes including those related to the enforcement of contracts, aviation matters, insurance agreements, consumer fraud claims, product liability actions, workplace discrimination, premises liability, construction accidents involving New York Labor Law claims, and toxic tort matters. Diorio received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and her B.A. from Boston College.
Alexa C. Salcito assists clients in a variety of business and shareholder disputes, employment related claims, insurance coverage matters, and white-collar crime investigations. Additionally, Salcito assists in general corporate matters for and on behalf of businesses involved in the growing, processing, and distributing of cannabis. She is an established litigator with comprehensive experience in all aspects of the litigation process, from pre-suit to the handling of complex motions, depositions, and expert witness testimony throughout the discovery phase. Salcito received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Lafayette College.
Justin M. Vogel has extensive litigation experience, specializing in cases involving catastrophic loss, emergency response, product liability, and class actions. Vogel manages all aspects of litigation across state, federal, and appellate courts in New Jersey and New York. His practice encompasses a wide range of claims, including general and transportation liability, as well as warranty and contract disputes. He also prosecutes breach of franchise agreements and trademark infringement matters. Vogel received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, M.B.A., with Honors, from Rutgers Business School, and B.A. from Rutgers University.

Nigyar “Nikki” Alieva represents clients in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts. She represents business owners, entities, boards, and their executives in all aspects of daily operations and business disputes, including issues related to contracts, joint venture, labor and employment, real estate, construction, and insurance. Alieva received her J.D., cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and her B.A. from Fordham University.
Raquel Doering is Of Counsel in the Commercial Litigation and Product Liability and Tort Law groups, defending general liability, catastrophic loss, and wrongful death claims. She acts as co-counsel in all aspects of litigation, from discovery, depositions and motion practice through trial. Before joining the firm, Raquel served as an assistant prosecutor in the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Jersey City in the Pretrial, Trial, and Gangs and Narcotics Units. Doering received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University.
William C. Gattoni Jr. handles complex commercial litigation, labor and employment matters, white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and claims arising from various business relationships, primarily those involving franchise and trademark disputes in the retail and hospitality sectors. He serves as co-counsel in all aspects of litigation, from discovery, depositions, and motion practice through trial preparation. Gattoni received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from The College of New Jersey.
Justine A. Martolano defends complex litigation matters including products, general liability, catastrophic loss, and wrongful death actions. She serves as co-counsel in all facets of litigation, from discovery, depositions, and motion practice through trial preparation. Her clients include telecommunications and hospitality industry leaders, among others. Martolano received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School – Newark and her B.A. from Rutgers University.
