Mr. Ryan and Mr. McGloin, along with the other honorees of The Irish Legal 100, will be recognized at a formal reception at the residence of the Irish Ambassador to the United States on October 30, 2014 in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Ryan is Chair of the Professional Liability practice group and a senior litigator at Connell Foley. A five-time Certified Civil Trial Attorney as certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Mr. Ryan has dedicated his professional practice for over 30 years to the litigation and trial of substantial matters. Mr. Ryan's practice is focused on the litigation and trial of significant professional liability matters involving attorneys, architects and engineers, as well as complex commercial and business law actions. He was previously named to The Irish Legal 100 in 2013. Mr. Ryan received his J.D. cum laude from Seton Hall University and is licensed to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. McGloin is a partner in Connell Foley’s Professional Liability, Insurance Defense, Product Liability and Tort, Construction Law and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He represents a broad array of businesses and individuals and has litigated all types of civil matters, including professional liability, general liability, products liability, construction defect, wrongful death, premises liability and transportation matters. For more than 20 years, he has helped clients navigate and successfully resolve their complex legal issues through advocacy and, when needed, litigation. He received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Newark and is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
