Brian Neary, partner and co-chair of the firm's White Collar Criminal Defense group, has reached the extraordinary milestone of 50 years in the legal profession. His impressive career was recently spotlighted in the Bergen Record, which chronicled his many achievements and contributions to the legal community.

In the article titled "This North Jersey attorney has been a recognizable sight for 50 years," Brian reflected on his enduring passion for the law, noting, "It's just another opportunity to do what I have loved to do in the last 50 years, just in two different ways. Still trying cases, still representing and helping people and still mentoring and teaching young lawyers."

With his characteristic wit, Brian stated, "Everybody wants my card in their pocket, but nobody ever wants to have to call me."

After joining Connell Foley in 2025, Neary views this 50-year anniversary not as a culmination, but as the beginning of his next chapter of practice. Despite his decades of experience, he remains committed to continuous learning and professional growth, a true testament to the dedication that has defined his remarkable career.
