This week, the Roseland, New Jersey-based Connell Foley announced that five veteran litigators, who specialize in bankruptcy-related litigation, will be joining the firm's new Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice. They include five FBT Gibbon partners, including: Robert K. Malone, Brett S. Theisen, Katharina Earle, Dale E. Barney and Mark Conlan.
Earle will lead the office in Wilmington, Delaware. Malone and Theisen will serve as the new practice’s co-chairs.
