Overview

Jane Hyunjoo Park counsels clients on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on complex transactions, strategic governance, and business growth.

She advises companies expanding into the U.S. market on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial real estate matters, and corporate succession planning. Her practice also includes guidance on government incentives and day-to-day operational matters, including contracts and employment law compliance.

Her clients include private and public companies in South Korea and throughout North America, including Canada and Mexico. She brings a practical, forward-looking perspective to help safeguard her clients’ business interests and support their long-term objectives.

Jane is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section and Mergers and Acquisitions Subcommittee. She is also deeply committed to community service, serving on the boards of several organizations and providing pro bono legal counsel to individuals in need.
