Overview
Aishwarya Shesh focuses her practice on construction-related litigation matters, including New York Labor Law, construction defects, property damage, premises liability, and general negligence. This representation includes defending owners/developers, lessors/lessees, telecommunication carriers, general contractors, and subcontractors. In addition, Aishwarya defends clients in transportation, trucking, and automobile matters in a variety of industries involving personal injury, fatality, property damage, product liability, and commercial litigation.
Before joining the firm, Aishwarya was a litigation associate at a mid-size firm in New York. She represented developers and construction managers in general liability and construction accidents in New York state courts. Before that, Aishwarya worked in the public sector as an Assistant District Attorney for the Trial Bureau of Kings County District Attorney's Office. Aishwarya investigated and prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases from the pre-arrest stage through trial, and conducted multiple suppression hearings before judges and presentations to grand juries.
Aishwarya is a member of the South Asian Bar Association of New York and The Asian American Bar Association of New York. Aishwarya is fluent in Hindi.
