Overview
Amanda advises her clients with experience in bankruptcy law and a practical understanding of how courts analyze complex financial disputes. As a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stacey L. Meisel in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, she gained firsthand insight into the decision-making process behind Chapter 7, 11 and 13 matters. In that role, she worked closely with the Court on researching nuanced state and federal issues and contributing to the drafting of opinions and orders in contested proceedings.
Prior to joining Connell Foley, she practiced at a prominent national law firm, where she further developed her experience handling sophisticated matters in a high-stakes setting.
