Overview
Caitlin Dettmer, an associate in Connell Foley’s Labor and Employment Group, assists employers with their day-to-day employment law compliance efforts. Her experience includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, conducting internal investigations in response to allegations of discrimination or other improper workplace conduct, drafting employee handbooks and workplace policies, and conducting employment law training programs. She also has a background in education law and representing school boards. Additionally, Caitlin is experienced in intellectual property law, including copyrights, license agreements and trademark applications.
Caitlin graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and Rutgers Law Review. She received her B.A. cum laude from American University, where she was an Honors Program Graduate.
