Overview

Jack Hagerty is an associate in Connell Foley’s Insurance Coverage and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.

Jack manages complex insurance and commercial litigation in state and federal courts relating to property, casualty, construction defects, professional liability, toxic torts, breach of contract, business disputes, commercial real estate, fraud and products liability. Additionally, Jack counsels clients on insurance coverage opinions and compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Jack worked as an associate attorney at a regional litigation firm, and served as a law clerk for the Hon. Richard J. Geiger, N.J. Appellate Division, Linwood, NJ.  Jack earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, where he received the M. Donald Kepner Award, Federal Jurisdiction, and the James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy. He earned his B.A. in English Literature and Composition from Rowan University in 2015.
