Aedan Neary focuses his practice on commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense. He has an extensive trial background, most recently serving as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Trial Unit of the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office. In this role Aedan was responsible for the investigation and prosecution of felony indictments of crimes, and also tried several jury trials to verdict. Before this he served in the Domestic Violence Unit of the Prosecutor’s Office, where he likewise investigated and prosecuted felony crimes, and was responsible for conducting bench trials regarding the prosecution of contempt charges.
Aedan serves as a part-time lecturer at Rutgers School of Law - Newark, where he assists teaching Criminal Trial Advocacy to law students. Prior to law school, he was a Prosecutor's Agent in the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. Aedan served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Regina Caulfield of the New Jersey Superior Court, Union Vicinage - Law Division, Criminal Part.
