Overview
Brad Shalit provides experienced tax planning counsel to individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations and estates and trusts, with a particular emphasis on estate planning and asset protection planning. He brings a skilled and innovative approach to planning estates from $10 million to more than $500 million dollars, as well as advising family foundations, public charities, closely held corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on significant tax issues.
In addition to his practice, Brad lectures extensively on estate planning, asset protection and related tax matters.
