Daniel J. Tyrrell is a litigation associate focusing his practice on aviation, product liability, construction matters, premises liability and general liability matters. He joins the firm after having served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor for the City of New York, in the New York County (Manhattan) District Attorney’s Office. His litigation experience includes prosecuting cases from inception to disposition, including witness interviews and preparation, pre-trial motions and hearings, cross-examinations, plea agreement negotiations, and jury trials. Previously, Daniel was a litigation associate with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, and before that he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Peter G. Sheridan, U.S.D.J. Daniel also served as counsel in the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations in the U.S. House of Representations, Committee on Energy and Commerce.
Daniel received his J.D. in 2011 from Fordham University School of Law where he was the Notes and Articles editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005.
