Overview
Darien Blair is an Associate in Connell Foley's Construction, Insurance Defense, and Product Liability and Tort Law Groups. A detail-oriented litigator, Darien represents a diverse range of clients with a practice focusing on New York labor law, construction, malpractice, and transportation litigation. His broad background in civil litigation also includes commercial, real estate, bankruptcy, estate planning, business formation and trademark matters.
Darien served as a law clerk for the Connecticut Judicial Branch, during which time he provided legal research and analysis on pending matters throughout the state of Connecticut, and assisted in drafting decisions and helping prepare judges for oral arguments.
Darien received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as a staff member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
