Jaime L. Birch

Jaime Birch brings a diverse range of legal expertise to Connell Foley, with experience in both civil and criminal litigation, liability assessment and policy analysis. She focuses her practice on significant litigation matters, specifically in the areas of aviation law, commercial disputes, product liability and premises liability.

Most recently, Jaime served as a general liability and aviation law associate at a prominent New York City firm, where she handled complex civil litigation matters including premises liability claims, personal injury cases and aviation product liability disputes. She began her legal career as a criminal defense attorney, where she developed strong courtroom advocacy skills and high-level communication and client service. Her criminal practice included extensive experience in pre-trial proceedings, show cause hearings, motion practice and case strategy development.

Jaime earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and graduated cum laude from Whitworth University with a B.A. in Psychology and English Minor.
