Jarret T. Bodo is an associate in the Complex Casualty Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on complex civil disputes in federal and state courts, defending insureds and corporate clients in sophisticated matters involving significant liability and damages issues. He has experience in labor and employment matters, class actions, personal injury, mass torts, and appellate work. Across multiple roles in New York, he has managed cases through all stages of litigation, including factual development, motion practice, court appearances, hearings, oral argument, trial preparation, and resolution. His background also includes advising clients on employment-related issues, drafting settlement materials, and handling judgment enforcement proceedings.

Jarret earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Business & Law, and received his B.A. in Political Science from Siena College.
