Jerry Santer is a commercial litigation associate focused on the areas of aviation law, environmental law and product liability. He is also experienced in matters involving the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Prior to joining Connell Foley, Jerry served as a law clerk to Justice Anne M. Patterson for the New Jersey Supreme Court during the 2015-2016 term. In the summer of 2013, he interned for the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General – Division of Law, New Jersey Transit Section and was a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Susan D. Wigenton, U.S.D.J. during the fall. While in law school, Jerry was a member of the Rutgers Moot Court Board.
