Overview
Mitchell Ramirez is a seasoned civil litigator who has developed a truly diverse practice. He has extensive trial, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution experience. Mitch's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, most often in the context of real estate and shareholder disputes, as well as insurance coverage and recovery matters. He frequently represents major developers in a variety of controversies.
Mitch’s practice also involves serving as outside general counsel to cannabis growers, processors and developers in a variety of matters. These transactions most often involve private equity financing, restructuring and acquisitions.
Mitch rounds out his trial practice by representing major corporate entities in a select amount of complex liability and wrongful death cases, drawing upon his extensive prior experience as a partner at a prominent northern New Jersey plaintiff’s litigation firm.
