Overview
Naomi Gulama is an associate in Connell Foley’s Labor and Employment Group, where she represents employers in litigation and provides proactive employment law compliance counseling with federal, state, and local employment laws.
While in law school and college, she gained relevant experience as an HR and Privacy Intern with Bristol-Myers Squibb, and an intern with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Honorable Arthur J. Batista, J.S.C., Congressman Donald M. Payne Jr., and the New Jersey Institute of Social Justice.
In her spare time, Naomi mentors high school students at the NJ Law and Empowerment Project (NJLEEP).
Naomi is a frequent author and presenter on employment law topics and developments.
