Nicholas J. Guarino

Nicholas Guarino is a litigation associate focusing his practice on insurance coverage, healthcare litigation, liability defense and construction. He is an established litigator with comprehensive experience in all aspects of the discovery and litigation process, from written discovery to complex motion practice, depositions and expert witness testimony. His experience includes representing and advising insurers across numerous types of insurance policies, as well as insurance defense work involving construction and professional liability.

Nick received his J.D., along with a certificate in Intellectual Property, Media and Information, in 2015 from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of Brooklyn's Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Additionally he served as chair member to both the Brooklyn  Law Entertainment and Sports Law Society and the Intellectual Property Law Society.
