Patrick Conlon is an associate in Connell Foley's Real Estate and Land Use Group. He received his J.D. in 2018 from the University of North Carolina School of Law, Chapel Hill, where he was the Articles & Notes Editor of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal which published his Note, Grandfathered into Commerce: Assessing the Federal Reserve’s Proposed Rules Limiting Physical Commodities Activities of Financial Holding Companies. During law school Patrick interned at the King’s County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, NY, where he worked on real estate and healthcare fraud cases.
Recently, Patrick attended New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he studied Real Estate Capital Markets in the NYU School of Professional Studies. He received his B.A. in English, with French and Creative Writing Minors, in 2015 from The Ohio State University, Columbus.
