Overview
Samantha Kobbe focuses her practice on financing transactions, formation and organization of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities, corporate governance matters, private placements, and general commercial agreements and transactions.
Samantha has a strong background representing public and private companies, including private equity firms, in a variety of complex domestic and international M&A transactions. She also advises clients on corporate governance and compliance matters, including the preparation of board and shareholder presentations, board committee meeting agendas and related documentation. Her experience includes managing transaction processes for multiple deal teams through all stages of complex transactions.
Samantha earned her J.D., cum laude, from Washington University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado.
