Overview
Steven Kroll works with businesses regarding the ever-evolving issues related to cybersecurity and data protection. From the creation and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures to cyber breach notification, regulatory response and litigation, Steve advises on the wide range of issues confronting businesses and business owners today. He also provides awareness training for employees on issues related to cybersecurity.
In addition, Steve handles complex malpractice litigation for a wide range of professionals and businesses, including lawyers, design professionals, insurance agents and brokers, and real estate brokers.
As an offshoot to his professional liability practice, Steve represents child care facilities, nursing homes and similar types of businesses in the defense of highly sensitive claims.
