Tatiana Acevedo is an experienced litigator representing a diverse range of clients throughout New York. In particular, Tatiana focuses on matters involving New York Labor Law, construction law, product liability, general liability and intellectual property.
Prior to joining Connell Foley, Tatiana was an associate at a New York city litigation firm where she represented clients in a wide range of civil matters, including employment law, civil rights, constitutional law, dental and medical malpractice, railroad and general litigation.
Tatiana received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, where she was staff editor of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. While in law school, Tatiana served as a student intern at the Human Rights and Atrocity Prevention Clinic, representing clients seeking asylum in the United States, and was a board member of the Latin American Law Student Association. She received her B.A. from Smith College.
