McCarthy to Present at NJICLE Program on "Civil Trial Advocacy Do's & Don'ts: Tips for the Novice"

Owen McCarthy, a partner in Connell Foley's commercial litigation group, is a featured speaker at the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) program on "Civil Trial Advocacy Do's & Don'ts: Tips for the Novice," which will be held on April 1, 2015 at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange, NJ.  According to the NJICLE website, the program was "carefully developed for civil trial attorneys who have been practicing for 10 years or less. Attendees will gain practical pointers from a panel of civil trial attorneys with expertise in medical malpractice, labor and employment and personal injury law, who remember looking down the barrel at their first trial."  Mr. McCarthy and his co-speakers will provide tips and strategies on how to successfully navigate a first court experience, including:
