Christina Scarabino

Christina Scarabino is an associate in Connell Foley LLP’s Insurance Coverage Group. She represents and advises insurers on challenging coverage issues, managing cases involving issues of commercial and excess liability, workers’ compensation, employers’ liability, professional liability, and subrogation in state and federal courts across the country. She has experience in all aspects of the litigation process, including comprehensive motion-practice experience as well as pre-suit coverage evaluations.

Christina received her B.A. in Communications, with minors in Marketing and Sociology, from Fairfield University in 2020, and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023. While at Seton Hall Law, she served as the President of the Rodino Society, a member of the Leadership Fellows Program, and worked as a student attorney for the Equal Justice Clinic, assisting with various cases to advance the civil and constitutional rights of people who are incarcerated.
