About Connell Foley’s Summer Associates
Connell Foley’s eight-week Summer Associate Program offers an opportunity for law students to develop legal skills and provide a comprehensive understanding of the law firm culture and operations. Throughout the summer, summer associates undertake a wide array of substantive legal assignments, collaborating with experienced attorneys across various practice areas, including pro bono opportunities, and office locations. Summer Associates also have the opportunity to observe court proceedings, depositions, negotiations, and client meetings. The program also offers mentorship with both a partner and associate as well as firm-sponsored social events and community outreach to encourage interaction and improve networking skills.
There are limited openings for our Summer Associate Program. We are seeking applicants with outstanding academic records, technical skills, professionalism and record of success.
- Currently enrolled in an Accredited Law School as a rising 2L
- Candidates must have advanced writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Able to work in the office Monday-Friday for the duration of the program
