Karen joins a panel of professionals who will discuss the dependence on technology, connectivity and networks during mergers and acquisition transactions, as well as assessing an acquired company’s cyber risk and acquiring company’s counsel’s due diligence list. This program will focus on the Yahoo and Verizon debacle and what attorneys handling M&A transaction need to know about cybersecurity due diligence when advising their client during a deal.
