Michael Shadiack, Chair of Connell Foley's Labor and Employment Group, will lead an interactive employee handbook clinic for the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) HR Program in Edison, NJ, on October 11.
During this half-day event, Mike will provide attendees with information for drafting and updating work rules, leave and benefit policies, and what language should be included and excluded per the law. Attendees are encouraged to bring their company’s employee handbook to review their policies in real time and ask questions about their workplace.
This event will be held virtually and in-person.
