John Lacey, Partner, will be presenting the CLE Program, "Utilizing the Federal Rules of Evidence for Your Benefit." The 100-minute presentation will be held beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the firm's Roseland location. 

This course is designed to provide attendees with an overview of the Federal Rules of Evidence, a discussion of the structure of the rules, and a detailed analysis of the substantive evidence rules governing relevance, privileges, competency, experts and the hearsay rule and hearsay exceptions.

The program is pending approval by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 0 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism, and 0 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law and/or matrimonial law. This seminar is also pending approval in Pennsylvania for 1.5 Substantive credits/0 Ethics credits.
