Connell Foley Selected as Counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of DAMIS Holdings

Connell Foley LLP has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors appointed in the Chapter 11 cases of DAMIS Holdings LLC and its affiliated debtors, pending in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Partners Robert Malone and Brett Theisen will lead the team, which will also include restructuring partner Dale Barney and associates Kyle McEvilly and Amanda Simone, as well as several attorneys in the firm’s real estate, litigation, and corporate practices.
