Karen Painter Randall, Chair of Connell Foley's Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group, was selected to serve as a contributing practitioner for Bloomberg BNA's "Bloomberg Law: Privacy & Data Security," which focuses on the regulatory and compliance landscape of data protection laws in the U.S. and around the world.
Karen will serve as the contributing practitioner for Bloomberg's "Domestic Privacy Profile: New Jersey," which includes an assessment of the current privacy and data security enforcement and regulatory climate in New Jersey. In this role, Karen provides expert review of the New Jersey Profile and authors the Profile's Risk Environment section.
