Brad Shalit to Address Multistate Taxation and Asset Protection Issues at CFESA Spring Conference

ROSELAND, N.J./February 3, 2011 -- Connell Foley partner Brad D. Shalit will present at the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) 2011 Spring Conference held on February 7-9, 2011 at the Peabody Orlando Hotel, Orland, FL.

Mr. Shalit's session will address multistate taxation and asset protection issues relating the privately owned businesses.

Shalit is a member of the firm's Taxation and Estate Planning group and limits his practice to tax planning for individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, IRS controversies, estates, and trusts, with particular emphasis on estate planning and asset protection planning.

Shalit lectures extensively on estate planning, asset protection, and related tax matters. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court.
