ROSELAND, NJ/August  17, 2012 - Connell Foley partners Mitchell W. Taraschi and Mark L. Fleder recently won a decision from the Executive Director of the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority denying a multi-faceted bid protest by the second low bidder, Ray Angelini, Inc. The Executive Director concluded that none of the alleged bid "defects" were material and recommended that the Project be awarded to WPCS International-Trenton, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder because it "was not given any advantage over other bidders, and that public interest, as a matter of fact and law, would not be in any way deleteriously affected."
