Shadiack Reviews Use of FCRA in Background Checks for USLAW Client Conference

Michael A. Shadiack, chair of Connell Foley’s Labor & Employment Law Group, presented a "Spotlight on Recent Cases Involving Alleged Violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act By Employers Performing Background Checks" at the Fall 2016 USLAW NETWORK Client Conference, September 22-24 in Colorado Springs, CO.  Mr. Shadiack reviewed recent class action lawsuits filed against companies due to alleged violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and provided practical information on how to comply with FCRA when conducting background checks.  For more information about USLAW NETWORK, please visit www.uslaw.org.
