Vitiello and Shalit To Present at January 2007 Asset Protection Seminar

On Thursday, January 18, 2007, partner Anthony F. Vitiello will be a featured speaker at Lorman's Asset Protection seminar. He will be joined by Brad D. Shalit at the session, which provides detailed information on various aspects of protection planning.

Mr. Vitiello and Mr. Shalit will address the basic rules, regulations and techniques for asset protection, including:

  • Explaining what asset protection means and its limits
  • Discussing how clients should provide asset protection planning for their spouses and other heirs in estate planning
  • Reviewing the mechanics of offshore trusts
  • Spotting clients who can benefit from asset protection planning

The seminar is designed for attorneys, accountants, presidents, vice presidents, financial/estate planners, life insurance representatives, stockbrokers, bankers, and trust officers.

The seminar will be held in Parsippany, New Jersey at the Parsippany Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
