Ryan Benson, an associate in Connell Foley's Environmental Law Group, authored an article in a feature on Utilities in the August issue of New Jersey Business Magazine. Ryan's piece, titled "Governor Signs Renewable Energy Bill: Legislation impacts utilities and renewable energy industry," discusses how the bill, signed by Governor Murphy on May 23, 2018, is expected to increase demand for renewable energy and therefore reform the state’s energy economy.
