Associate

Overview

Reginald Bradnock is an associate in the Corporate and Business Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at an Am Law 50 firm, where he focused on private investment funds and related transactional matters. He assisted with the preparation and review of fund documentation, including transfer agreements, subscription agreements, and investor materials, and supported clients throughout fund interest transfers, subscription processes, and other ongoing fund matters. In another role, he supported complex litigation matters, developing significant experience in document analysis, privilege review, legal research, issue identification, and case preparation.

In addition to his legal practice, Reginald has substantial experience in private wealth and family asset oversight, coordinating the management of a diversified, mid-eight-figure portfolio of securities and real estate assets. This work includes collaborating with institutional financial advisors on portfolio strategy, performance and asset allocation, as well as supporting estate planning, tax planning, fiduciary matters, and multi-generational wealth transfer initiatives.

Reginald earned a J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a B.S. in Economics, with a minor in Business Administration, from the University of Delaware, where he was a Division I student-athlete.
