Carmel Decker brings extensive experience across employment law, civil rights, construction law, corporate matters, contract disputes and insurance law. Her diverse practice reflects a deep commitment to protecting clients' interests in complex legal environments.

In her employment law practice, Carmel handles sophisticated litigation in both state and federal courts on behalf of employers, addressing wrongful termination claims, hostile work environment cases, discrimination matters, and complex issues under ERISA, CEPA, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Beyond litigation, she provides strategic counsel to employers on hiring practices and workplace compliance, helping organizations navigate evolving regulatory requirements. Her civil rights work spans representation of companies, public entities and public employees in matters involving constitutional violations, negligence and police conduct issues. Carmel's construction law expertise centers on resolving complex multi-party disputes involving construction defects, professional liability claims for architects and engineers, and construction site accidents.
