Overview

Dave is an associate in Connell Foley’s Complex Casualty Litigation group. He focuses his practice on significant litigation matters, specifically in the areas of aviation law, commercial disputes, product liability, premises liability, construction site accidents involving New York Labor Law claims, and toxic torts.

Dave brings valuable litigation experience from his tenure as an associate at mid-sized New York law firms, where he represented transportation companies and insurers in complex, high-exposure matters including personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle and trucking liability cases. He has successfully developed and implemented strategic litigation approaches designed to minimize client exposure and achieve favorable outcomes.

During law school, Dave demonstrated his commitment to the legal profession and community service as a program associate for the Asian American Bar Association, where he coordinated continuing legal education programs, professional workshops and networking events while supporting important community outreach initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Dave earned his J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and holds a B.S. in Legal Studies with a minor in Philosophy from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. His multilingual capabilities in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu enable him to serve clients from diverse communities.
