Overview

Dave is an associate in Connell Foley’s Complex Casualty Litigation group. He focuses his practice on significant litigation matters, specifically in the areas of aviation law, commercial disputes, product liability, premises liability, construction site accidents involving New York Labor Law claims, and toxic torts.
