Overview
Jessica is an associate in the Real Estate and Land Use Group. She joins Connell Foley after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Dara A. Govan of the New Jersey Superior Court. In that role, she authored draft opinions for criminal proceedings and independently mediated pre-trial special civil disputes. She also served as a Federal Judicial Intern to the Honorable Jamel J. Semper in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
While in law school, Jessica was a Coordinator of Policy and Research for the Office of New Jersey Assemblywoman Verlina Reynolds-Jackson and while in college, she was a Congressional Intern for Senator Cory Booker.
