Marco Branco

Marco Branco is an associate focusing his practice in the Complex Casualty Litigation and Cybersecurity, Data Privacy and Incident Response areas

Marco served as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office, where he conducted jury trials, handled testimonial hearings and presented cases to the Grand Jury. He holds a B.S. in Humanities and Social Science from Montclair State University and earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he received the Gold Public Service Award. After law School, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Thomas J. Buck, J.S.C.

He is proficient in Portuguese and Spanish.
