He earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and holds a B.S. in Economics, with a concentration in Applied Economics, from the University of Delaware.
Prior to joining Connell Foley, Mark served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gregg A. Padovano, C.V., where he assisted with all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting bench memoranda, judicial opinions and legal correspondence.
