Victoria J. Lukacs

Victoria focuses her practice on corporate formation and organization, general corporate agreements, corporate governance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and franchise matters. She brings hands-on experience as lead corporate and M&A counsel to a canine franchising company, where she managed multiple corporate transactions with deal values ranging from $1 million to $5 million.

Victoria earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Loyola University Maryland.
