Corriston Elected to Board of Directors of Fordham Law School

Connell Foley is proud to announce that firm Partner Timothy E. Corriston has been elected to the Board of Directors of Fordham University School of Law. Tim received his J.D. from Fordham Law School in 1986. Since that time, he has been actively involved in the school, serving as the Co-Chairman of the Fordham University School of Law William Hughes Mulligan Scholarship Fund, as a Trustee for the New Jersey Alumni Chapter, and as a member of several alumni student-oriented committees.

A member of Connell Foley's Executive Committee, Tim is an experienced litigator focusing primarily on environmental and complex commercial matters. In particular, he has a strong track record handling CERCA, Spill Act, mass torts, subrogation, product liability, land use and commercial disputes in the state and federal courts. He frequently defends and prosecutes private action claims involving environmental and related property damages, including claims involving environmental agents such asbestos, lead and others. In addition to his litigation work, Tim often serves as outside general counsel to businesses, providing guidance on land use matters, employment issues, contracts, leases and other legal issues.
