Lacey Becomes President of Federal Bar of New Jersey

ROSELAND, N.J./July 13, 2009 -- Connell Foley LLP partner John P. Lacey, has been appointed President of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey onFriday, July 10, 2009. The Association represents more than 800 attorneys who practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Lacey stated, “The United States District Court for the District of New Jersey was formed more than 200 years ago. It is the oldest consolidated federal district court in the United States. I have been honored to practice before the federal courts here in New Jersey during the last 24 years and to serve as a Trustee and Officer of the Federal Bar Association. I look forward to working with the Judges and with the Association members to continue the tradition of excellence among the bench and bar here in the New Jersey federal courts. "
