Karen Painter Randall, chair of the Cyber Security & Data Privacy and co-chair of the Professional Liability Groups at Connell Foley, will present “The Fundamentals of Data Protection at Work” at the Fall 2016 USLAW NETWORK Client Conference, held September 22-24 in Colorado Springs, CO. Ms. Randall’s panel will analyze and review the nature and extent of employers’ responsibilities to protect employee personal information in the age of hacking and other cyber threats, and will discuss how employers may improve their security in the face of these threats.
