Agnes Antonian, chair of Connell Foley’s Environmental Law Group, was a contributing author to COMMERCE Magazine’s November 2016 section on “State-of-the-Industry Report: Key Trends, Issues and a Conversation with NJDEP Commissioner Bob Martin.” In this piece, which highlights key environmental issues, Ms. Antonian discusses property transactions and the roll law firms like Connell Foley play in making sure that redevelopers know the environmental conditions – and corresponding business risks -- of any properties they are looking into.
